Mr. Suaimi Suriady, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the AGM in 2009 with the latest reappointment in 2021. He heads the Snack Foods Division and is concurrently Director of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2007-present) and Executive Director of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (2007-present). Prior to joining the Indofood Group, Mr. Suriady served with automotive battery distributor PT Menara Alam Teknik at the Astra Group (1986-1991), and consumer goods manufacturer Konica Film and Paper (1991-1994).
Mr. Suriady obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from De Montfort University in UK in 2000.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or substantial shareholder of the Company.
