Director
Mr. Hendra Widjaja, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the AGM in 2009 with the latest reappointment in 2021. He oversees all financial operations and heads the Corporate Controller Division of the Company. Mr. Widjaja concurrently serves as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (2018-present), and Commissioner of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2013-present) and PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (2009-present).
Mr. Widjaja obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from the Atma Jaya Catholic University in Jakarta in 1986.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD and BOC, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
