Director
Ms. In She, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as a Director of ICBP based on resolution of the AGM in 2021. She concurrently serves as Director of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2022-present) and PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (2022-present). She started her professional career at PT Inti Salim Corpora in 1999. In 2004, she joined the Corporate Controller Division of Indofood, and was subsequently appointed as Assistant to President Director and CEO of Indofood and the Company.
She earned a Bachelor of Economics degree in Management from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1997.
She has no affiliation with the members of the BOD and BOC, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
