Mr. Chandra Arif Santoso, Indonesian Citizen, was first appointed as a Director of ICBP based on the resolution of the AGM in 2024.
Currently, Mr. Chandra serves as a Director of PT Indolakto, a subsidiary of ICBP. He concurrently serves as a Director of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2024-present).
He earned his Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Industrial Engineering in 1994 from California State Polytechnic University and Master of Business Administration in 1996 from California State Polytechnic University.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or substantial shareholder of the Company
