Werianty Setiawan

Director

Ms. Setiawan, 56, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the AGM in 2009 and re-elected in 2012 and 2015. She heads the Investor Relations & Corporate Secretary Division, and concurrently serves as Director of Indofood (2009-present) and Commissioner of LSIP (2010-present). She began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. Jakarta, where she last held the position of Vice President of Treasury Marketing (1983-1987). Subsequently, she served as Finance Director of SCTV (1987-1990), and Managing Director of various securities companies, including PT Natura Pacific Sekuritas (1991-1996), PT Danpac Sekuritas (1996-1999) and PT Victoria Kapitalindo International Sekuritas (1999-2003). She was also Commissioner of PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (2002-2003).

Ms. Setiawan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University in California, USA, in 1983. In 2017, she participated in training programs, workshops and seminars, including “New Business Models, Evolving Business Models and Strategy in the Years Ahead” on 7 December 2017.

She has no affiliation with the other members of the BOD and BOC, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
