Director
Mr. Joedianto Soejonopoetro, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as a Director of ICBP based on resolution of the AGM in 2018 and reappointed in 2021. He heads the Beverages Division and is concurrently serves as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (2015-present). Prior to Indofood, he was the Chief Operation Officer of PT Pebapan.
Mr. Soejonopoetro has a Bachelor of Economics degree in Management from Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung in 1984.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD and BOC, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
